Ms. Sanders is responsible for all aspects of ANC R&D’s industrial security program including the development and modification of Standard Practice Procedures (SPP); ensuring the company’s compliance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) which includes providing annual security education to employees; the overall management of Personnel Security, Computer Security and Physical Security. Sanders ensures that all personnel security files are maintained, kept current and that badge control procedures are followed.
Sanders has more than 22 years of administrative experience with almost 20 years working as a Government contractor supporting the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy and the Department of Education. Her experience also includes more than 11 years as a Facility Security Officer, eight years developing and maintaining databases using various formats and five years experience in graphics and multimedia development. Some of the positions that she has held during her career include:
- Program Analyst supporting the Director and Deputy Director of the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Strategic Command’s Future Warfare Center Directorate of Combat Development.
- Multimedia Developer creating Computer-Based Training materials.
- Research and Evaluation Technician developing and maintaining a student database as well as maintaining and administering test items and validation statistics for the Department of Energy’s Central Training Academy.
